l'incertezza trasmessa dai grandi governanti del mondo, molti enti locali chiedono di partecipare alla discussione con i grandi del mondo al fine di essere partner degli stati nelle azioni di mitigazione, così da poter accedere ai meccanismi finanziari e soprattutto per fare in modo che le città siano inserite in una rete di scambio e supporto per la diffusione di strategie energetiche sostenibili e di piani di azione comune. 

ESPERIENZA.
 In Italia gli esempi positivi non mancano certamente. Si pensi all'esperienza dei comuni virtuosi nell'ambito della raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti, o alle esperienze del Trentino Alto Adige, della provincia di Udine o della stessa Arzignano, per restare nel vicentino, sul fronte dei regolamenti energetici per gli edifici.  In ambito locale le modalità applicabili sono oramai molteplici: dalla costituzione delle ESCO (società locali di servizi energetici), con produzione in loco di energia pulita, alla realizzazione di piani della mobilità che riescano ad incentivare il mezzo pubblico; dai piani energetici comunali che riqualifichino gli edifici secondo consumi razionali e ridotti al rinnovo del "parco lampadine" della pubblica illuminazione. 

Questi sono tutti progetti alla portata di amministratori locali sensibili ed intelligenti, iniziative che riescono peraltro a " liberare" competenze, professionalità e posti di lavoro qualificati e che si muovono nella direzione di quella straordinaria opportunità chiamata "green economy" .

CLIMA.  In occasione della settimana mondiale sul clima, Copenaghen ha anche scelto un modo alternativo per illuminare l'albero di Natale sulla piazza del municipio: i visitatori ed i cittadini della città possono produrre loro stessi l'energia necessaria pedalando su 15 cyclette collegate a 7.000 luci…speriamo pertanto che il prossimo Natale possa portare un bel regalo al clima del nostro Pianeta: auguri Gaia!

Article 1
"ARZIGNANO FUTURE" is a local and autonomous pluralistic as well as citizens of the City of Arzignano of clubs, associations, committees, thematic groups and organizations that operate within the municipal area of \u200b\u200bArzignano.

"ARZIGNANO FUTURE" is nonpartisan and does not pursue profit-making. The Association is headquartered in Arzignano.

Art. 2 

"ARZIGNANO FUTURA" è un’Associazione che persegue la libera circolazione di idee, di progetti ed esperienze e suo scopo principale è quello di studiare, approfondire, diffondere tematiche di natura politica, economica, amministrativa, sociale e culturale.

L’Associazione promuove la partecipazione attiva alla vita pubblica anche attraverso iniziative e gestione di progetti sociali, culturali ed editoriali, che permettano una concreta attuazione del principio di sussidiarietà.
